2 Ingredient Oatmeal Bars
Healthy, flavorful oatmeal bars that are 20 minutes away!

One day as I made my way into the kitchen, I saw in the corner of my eye my dad throwing away two perfectly good bananas (ok, they were kind of brown and squishy BUT STILL EDIBLE). I immediately stopped him as inspiration struck: through my hours of tiktok-scrolling, I remember a faint memory of two-ingredient oatmeal bars, so I got to work. Here is my recipe for the EASIEST oatmeal bars you will ever come across:

Ingredients:
2 large bananas
1 1/2 cup of raw oats
Recipe for Oatmeal Bars:
Peel the bananas and place them in a medium mixing bowl.
Smash the bananas in the bowl with a fork until a gooey texture is achieved.
Pour in the 1 1/2 cup of oats and mix it evenly into the bowl of bananas until everything is nicely incorporated.
Place the mixture onto a wide, rectangular pan and spread it out thinly.
Place the pan into the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 min, or until desired texture is achieved.
Cut them into any shapes you would like, and enjoy!

The key to perfection in all my recipes is to be creative and to use what you have at home! For example, if you love blueberries, top your oatmeal bar with blueberries. Or, pair the bars with caramel coating. Just be creative!
