Cinnamon Apple Sticks
Sweet apple-filled cinnamon sticks dipped into fresh vanilla ice cream!

Have you ever just sat down and wanted to bite into a Costco churro? Well I guess I had that moment. Why not make it at home? Yes, they aren't exactly churros, but it is something to make quickly and easily, curing your craving for churros.
So without further ado, let's get to the recipe!

Ingredients:
6 slices of bread
1/3 cup of granulated sugar + a little more
2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
3 large eggs
1 apple
1/2 stick of butter
Procedure:
Place a small pan on the stove at a medium setting. While it warms up, cut the apple into small cubes.
Place a 1/4 stick of butter into the pan and pour in the cut apples. Pour in the 1/3 cup of granulated sugar, give it a mix, and let it cook until an apple pie consistency is achieved.
Place another pan on the stove at a medium setting. While it heats up,take the slices of bread and flatten them out with a rolling pin. Then, cut off the edges (optional).
In a bowl, put in three large eggs and stir. In a small plate, pour in a some sugar, which will later be used as the coating.
Once the apple filling is done, place a line of filling at the top of a slice of bread and roll the bread tightly.
Dip the rolled slice of bread in the bowl of eggs and place it on the pan. Rotate the bread as each side starts developing a golden brown color.
After all the side of the bread roll are golden brown, take it out of the pan and roll it in the plate of sugar. Repeat these steps for each slide of bread.
